Who is responsible for your data

all4n (all4n.com) is the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at hello@all4n.com for any privacy-related question or request.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text) when you register.
  • Preferences: your chosen language and, if you opt in, whether you'd like to receive our newsletter.
  • Bookmarks and saved searches: the jobs you save and the search criteria you ask us to alert you about.
  • Login records: the IP address and browser/device information (user agent) recorded each time you sign in, kept for account security.
  • Technical data: standard web server logs and the currency you select, stored in a cookie (see our Cookie Policy).

Job listings themselves are sourced from external recruitment feeds and public company information, not from you as a visitor.

Why we use it

  • To create and secure your account, and to let you sign in.
  • To send job alerts you've asked for, and — only if you opted in — our newsletter.
  • To remember your bookmarks, saved searches and currency preference between visits.
  • To detect and prevent unauthorised access to accounts.

The legal basis is either your consent (newsletter, alerts) or the performance of the account contract between you and us (login, bookmarks).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that host this site and send our emails on our behalf, strictly to operate the service, and never for their own marketing.

This site may also load scripts configured by its operator, such as analytics tools — see our Cookie Policy for details on what is currently active.

How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to keep certain records by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@all4n.com. If you're in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
